Objective:
- Team building for Alberta athletes attending Poomsae competition at 2025 Canadian Nationals and Canada Open, as well as those interested in competing in Sports Poomsae but not competing at these events
- Practice and improve basic Poomsae fundamentals-stances/hand techniques.
- How to achieve higher accuracy and presentation points
- At the end, we will also have Q&A regarding new rules for the new year
