ATA members are asked to check in between 12:30 PM and 12:50 PM and bring valid photo identification so that the meeting may begin promptly at 1:00 PM.

As part of our commitment to effective governance, the ATA Board of Directors has reviewed and proposed amendments to the Association’s Bylaws. These amendments are intended to enhance Board operations and support better delivery of programs to our membership. We recommend that members review and support the proposed changes, which will be presented for approval at the AGM. The proposed amendments are attached for your review.

Please note: One of the amendments reflects a new requirement from Alberta Sport, which mandates that all AGMs be held within six (6) months of the association’s fiscal year-end. This change is necessary to maintain our standing and eligibility for future support.
