Alberta Team Training

In preparation for the 2026 Canadian Nationals in February, we invite all eligible athletes to join the December 6th AB Team Training!
Location: Red Deer Champion Taekwondo, 4826 50 St, Red Deer, AB T4N 1X4
Time: 10am – 1pm

Open to Cadet, Junior, and Senior Black Belts who are registered Alberta Taekwondo members.

This team training is not for color belts.

Training will be conducted in full-contact sparring format.

Athletes must bring both K1 and K2 socks to spar freely throughout training.
(We will be alternating between the K2 and K1 systems.)
